To use this database simply search by city, state, zip code to find an NTI Provider near you.  To locate a provider near you simply click on Search and you may either use the Advanced Search options which will allow you to search by certain categories like City, Postal code, or Country, or you can input your search criteria into the search field, such as a city like Los Angeles- when using this feature you may want to use "Exact Phrase".
